Kiewit to build Inner Harbor desalination plant in Texas - USA

The City of Corpus Christi,a coastal city in the South Texas region of the U.S. state of Texas, has selected Kiewit Infrastructure South Co. to lead the design and construction of its first-ever desalination facility, the Inner Harbor Seawater Desalination Treatment Plant.

“This is a significant milestone, one of the most important for the community, as it demonstrates our commitment to securing additional water resources for Corpus Christi and the surrounding areas,“ said City Manager Peter Zanoni.
