Acciona announces completion of Jebel Ali SWRO desalination plant – United Arab Emirates Following achieving a major construction milestone, Acciona says that the Jebel Ali Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) desalination plant is now producing water at 100% capacity.
