Officials from the Regional Office in Antofagasta of the Superintendency of Sanitary Services (SISS) are monitoring the mitigation measures that Aguas Antofagasta SA will adopt, due to the emergency supply cut that affects different parts of the regional capital, as a result of an electrical failure of the desalination plant, which affects approximately 55,000 homes.
