Acciona To Use Its Maestro AI Platform At Qatar Desalination Plant – Qatar Spanish infrastructure and renewable energy giant Acciona won the contract for the design, construction, and O&M of the Umm Al Houl SWRO desalination plant in Qatar in 2015.
