EGA, Mubadala and Dubal Holding to develop Dh1bn power plant in Jebel Ali – Dubai Emirates Global Aluminium, Mubadala Investment Company and Dubal Holding will develop a power generation facility and water desalination plant worth more than Dh1 billion ($272.3 million) at EGA’s aluminium smelting facility in Jebel Ali.
