DME, Claus Mertes, will give a presentation during the Singapore International Water Week 2014 (SIWW 2014).

Subject will be “SWRO Membranes Performance – Pilot Plant Test Egypt”.

DME took over the responsibility of the first independent live tests of the new SWRO Membranes produced by LANXESS.

DME will give a first report about the Tests taking place today at the Rea Sea in Egypt. Operating the new SWRO Membranes in two different seawater plants at 50.000 µS included the normal 24/7 operation with other Membranes test results will give a first indication of the reached high level of performance.

Since 2003 DME does organizes Desalination Seminars, Workshops, Summer and Winter Schools in various countries and regions worldwide.

Up to now about 1.500 international students and professionals participated in more than 85 DME Academy classes, held in English.

Within the last decade DME Academy has built up a portfolio of more than 130 lecturing professors of universities, academics, engineers, industrial professionals, legal and financial advisor as well as governmental representatives to ensure DME Academy’s high quality and standards in every specific subject of profession.
