PM hails cooperation with Saudi ACWA Power in water desalination – Egypt
Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli hailed existing cooperation with the Saudi ACWA Power in water desalination domains.
The premier welcomed the Saudi companyâs interest in injecting investments in water desalination, especially as Egypt has an ambitious plan for increasing the amount of desalinated water to reach 6 million cubic meters per day in the next few years.
Madbouliâs comments came during his meeting on Tuesday 21/6/2022 with ACWA Power Chairman Mohammad Abunayyan, in the presence of the companyâs regional director Hassan Amin and Egyptian Electricity Minister Mohamed Shaker.
